There’s an old adage that goes something like this: "When others advance, hesitate; when others hesitate, advance." Nowhere has this been shown to be more accurate over the last decade than in the real estate market. Starting in the late 90’s and continuing through the mid-2000’s, it seemed that everyone wanted to own real estate. House values were rising 10% a year or more all across the country. There was almost no way to lose money in the market. It was as if you could buy any house at any price, hold it for a while and make a bundle. But like most things that seem too good to be true, it was. Along came 2008 and the crash of the sub-prime lending market and with it the whole housing market. In the years since, most markets have lost ten to twenty years worth of equity. Clearly, when everyone else was rushing out in a frenzy to buy at grossly over-inflated prices, the wise were holding on to their resources.
Fast forward to today. Fear is the new spirit of our age. Banks are hesitant to lend, people are hesitant to buy. Right now we find ourselves in the middle of the worst round of foreclosures this country has ever seen. Unemployment is sitting between 9-10%. Almost every house bought since the mid-2000's is upside down. Interest rates are at historic lows but many people can no longer qualify for a loan. Right now the majority of investors are hesitant to put their money into real estate; which is exactly why it is time to do so. We believe that the housing market is due to rebound in the very near future. In many areas, houses are now being sold for less than the cost of the land and the materials required to build them.

We know houses from the inside out. We have built them from the ground up and have spent a combined 40+ years in the remodeling industry. This experience allows us to quickly tell the difference between cosmetic damage and structural weakness. We also have the skill to do most rehab work ourselves. This allows us to have more direct control over the cost and quality of our renovations.
•Integrity: Integrity is essential in this business and it means everything to us personally. We never misrepresent any aspect of a deal, whether we are on the buying or selling end of things.
•Fairness: We believe in win-win situations. A good deal is not defined merely by us getting what we want out of it. A good deal is one in which everyone involved; the buyer, the seller, the investor, the renter, etc. walks away happy. It is not the easiest way to do business, but it is the only way we will do it.
•Teamwork: Our commitment is to building relationships with everyone we work with. And that is where you come in!
We cannot succeed alone. No one can. We need you! Specifically we are looking for people in four different categories.
1) Investors: If you have money to invest ($25,000 or more) and are looking for better returns, please consider us. Your investment will be 100% backed by real property, we will never directly handle your money, and you can tell us what return you need to make!
2) Buyers: We work with both wholesale buyers and homeowners. Just tell us what you are looking for and we will go to work and find it for you.
3) Sellers: If you are a homeowner and have a house that you need to sell, let us take a look at it and see if we can do a win-win deal. If you are a wholesaler, we would love to see what you have available and begin building a partnership with you.
4) House Scouts: See a property that you think we might be interested in? Have a friend who needs to sell quickly? Send them our way. If we make the deal, you will be paid a finders fee.
